Order Tele2 Prepaid without Norwegian national identity number

If you do not have a Norwegian national identity number you can order your Tele2 Prepaid start kit by following the procedure below:

1. Fill out the order form * (click here to download the form)
2. Take a copy of your ID-card **
3. Send a copy of both documents to fax number 21 31 49 50 or by e-mail to mobil.privat@tele2.com ***.  

* The form only valid for new start kit orders
** The ID-card must be a valid ID-card with a photo, birthdate & identity number.
*** Write "kontantkort order" in the subject field if you use e-mail.

If you provide us with all the details above, we will send you a Tele2 Prepaid start kit. A new mobile number will be picked for you during the order process.

If your ID-card is not valid or if the form not correctly filled in, the order will not be finalized.

Prepaid start kit can only be ordered to a Norwegian address. Orders to addresses outside of Norway will be cancelled.
